Rolling process
JINSUNG C&I has successfully localized the MAIN PRESS ROLL for the "ROLL TO ROLL" main press equipment used in the secondary battery rolling PRESS equipment. Additionally, we have also succeeded in localizing the MAIN ROLLER for coating equipment used for "optical film and prism sheet," which were previously imported entirely from Japan. These achievements have been globally recognized for our technological capabilities.
The MAIN PRESS ROLL maintains excellent temperature control of the roller itself during the rolling process, enabling uniform thickness distribution control. This allows for the production of high-efficiency, high-value-added products. Based on the accumulated technology through localization, we have secured a competitive edge even in rapid after-sales service. We plan to continuously explore markets for domestic and foreign battery manufacturers using overseas equipment.
